Be available for quick-turnaround consultations and briefings on developments in your region of expertise.
Extensive professional experience (3+ years preferred) living and working in the specified region, with a proven network of local contacts.
Background in government, journalism, security, or international development is highly desirable.
Ability to provide clear, objective analysis under minimal supervision.
Fluency in English and relevant local languages.
